Shipping Policy

We aim to get your ROAM Leisure order to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@ROAMLeisure.com and we will see what we can arrange.

2. Processing and dispatch times

Once you place your order, we aim to dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a further notification when it has been dispatched, including any tracking information.

ℹ️  Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and dispatched from the following Monday.

3. Delivery times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Some remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands) may take a little longer

These are estimated timeframes provided by our couriers. Whilst we do our best to meet these timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather, or courier issues — which are outside our control.

4. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. The cost will depend on the size and weight of your order.

5. Tracking your order

Where available, we will include tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to follow your order's progress directly with the courier.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@ROAMLeisure.com.

6. What to do if your order hasn't arrived

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking information (if provided)
  • Check whether a delivery card has been left at your property
  • Check with neighbours in case it was left with them

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at help@ROAMLeisure.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

7. Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at hello@ROAMLeisure.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please do not discard the damaged packaging, as we may need it to raise a claim with the courier.

8. Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — a second delivery charge may apply.
