Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using our website. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of our website, whether you are purchasing as a consumer (an individual buying for personal use) or as a business customer (purchasing for business purposes).

4. Placing an order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. A contract is not formed until we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if a pricing error has occurred (see Section 6).

5. Prices and payment

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. All payment information is processed securely — we do not store your full card details.

6. Pricing errors

We take care to ensure all prices on our website are correct. However, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price, and we reserve the right to cancel orders where a clear and obvious pricing error has occurred.

7. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes are single-use and can only be applied once per customer
  • Codes cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated
  • Promotions apply only to qualifying products within the stated promotional period
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without notice
  • Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

We have made every effort to display our products, colours, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen exactly reflects the physical product — colours may vary depending on your device's display settings.

Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

10. Returns and refunds

Details of your rights to return products and receive a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Our liability to you

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a business customer, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, or representations that may apply to our website or any content on it. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to ROAM Leisure Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

15. Governing law and disputes

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
